Tak cukup ngan tu, singgah jap kat kedai sebelum sampai uma. tak tau r Lat yg puasa camne. Tapi aku yg tak puasa ni pun...fuuhhh..letih maot....

Sebentar tadi aku ada terbaca kat Berita Harian Online, penyanyi Yasin yg popular ngan lagu Mimpi Laila tu sedang beransur pulih dari penyakit gangguan bipolar atau 'bipolar disorder'. Memandangkan minatku pada psikiatri masih menebal, aku pun cari ttg penyakit tu. Dgr kata org yg ada penyakit ni ada yg rasa mcm terdapat gangguan or rasa macam ada org aniaya dia ngan cara halus. lebih kurang macam tu r...

oh, patut r melambak artis asik2 rasa cam kena ganggu. dorang kena penyakit tu kerr? kewujudan al;am ghaib tak boleh disangkal, mmg termaktub dalam Al-Quran. Tapi kadang2, secara fisiologinya... Otak manusia ni pun berselirat ngan 'wayar'... Kalau dah mcm2 program dlm tu...tak ke pening... ye dakk? Macam pernah dgr... akhirnya aku hummpa kat wikipedia...jeng3...

Bipolar disorder, also known as manic depressive disorder or bipolar affective disorder, is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a category of mood disorders defined by the presence of one or more episodes of abnormally elevated mood clinically referred to as mania or, if milder, hypomania.

Individuals who experience manic episodes also commonly experience depressive episodes or symptoms, or mixed episodes in which features of both mania and depression are present at the same time. These episodes are usually separated by periods of "normal" mood, but in some individuals, depression and mania may rapidly alternate, known as rapid cycling. Extreme manic episodes can sometimes lead to psychotic symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations.

The disorder has been subdivided into bipolar I, bipolar II, cyclothymia, and other types, based on the nature and severity of mood episodes experienced; the range is often described as the bipolar spectrum.
